Dr Crilly is a CASA Australia Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME). He has an Australian Certificate of Civil Aviation Medicine (Monash).
Phone CTL Medical and speak with our reception staff for aviation medical bookings. For CASA Australia, you are required to apply online through the My CASA website before making your appointment.
The doctor is unable to commence or complete your aviation medical unless you have completed your online questionnaire and paid you application fee to CASA. Should you encounter difficulties completing you online application please contact CASA medical section by phone.
