GENERAL BILLING INFORMATION
CTL Medical is a private billing practice. Our billing policy and a list of fees are available at reception. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Payments may be made by cash, Amex, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. Medicare rebates apply to consultation charges if a valid Australian Medicare Card is provided. Medicare rebates are processed after payment has been processed.
Rates
- Standard Consultation - $90.00
- Long Consultation - $160.00
- Prolonged Consultation - $250.00
- Scripts without seeing doctor (for current patients only) – $25.00
- Referrals without seeing doctor (for current patients only) – $27.00
Procedural treatments are billed according to Australian Medical Association (AMA) rates.
We are a private billing clinic.
