GENERAL BILLING INFORMATION
CTL Medical is a private billing practice. Our billing policy and a list of fees are available at reception. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Payments may be made by cash, Amex, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. Medicare rebates apply to consultation charges if a valid Australian Medicare Card is provided. Medicare rebates are processed after payment has been processed.
Fees & Charges
- Standard Consultation - $110.00
- Long Consultation - $200.00
- Prolonged Consultation - $310.00
- Repeat prescription without seeing doctor– $25.00 (current practice patients must have been seen in twelve months. Restricted medications require a consultation)
- Referrals / Medical Certificate without seeing doctor – $35.00 (Medical certificates will not be back dated and may require a consultation in person. For current practice patients only)
- Chronic disease management plans and mental health plans are privately billed. (current practice patients only)
- Medical records transfer will attract a fee. A patient health summary transfer -$35.00 Please contact the practice for further information for fees and charges on complete medical record transfers. Payment is required prior to transfer.
- Procedures require a consultation prior to booking a procedure. Procedural treatments are billed according to Australian Medical Association (AMA) rates.
We are a private billing clinic. Payment is required at the time of service.
